Dear Parents,
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the Blake School "Family". The PTA is a very active and successful part of The Blake School. The PTA meets once a month and the dates are on your general school calendar. Please make special note of these dates and plan to attend. It is only through your participation that the PTA can continue to provide the "extras" for all children at Blake.
The 2007-2008 PTA Officers are:
How does the PTA accomplish so much? Every family donates $100.00 to the PTA, instead of selling candy or other items to raise money. This donation is tax deductible and due now. Please make your checks payable to The Blake School PTA, as these monies are separate from tuition. In addition to the "PTA Dues", the school sells magazine subscriptions, and collects box-tops for education, labels for education (soup), Tyson A+ program labels, and old ink cartridges to be turned in for money and supplies for our students. See the links below for more details.
We are looking forward to working with you to make this school year even more outstanding than last year!
Sincerely,
Stephanie Wood
